A Message From John Beasley
As the Founder and President of the theater, I have been underwriting the majority of the operating cost of the theater and the production for the past eleven seasons. While I will continue to provide economic support to the theater, I will not be able to continue to do so at the past levels of support. In order to continue what I feel is an essential service to the community, we need your financial support to keep the theater arts alive and accessible not just for the minority community of Omaha, but for all of Omaha.
We at The John Beasley Theater, are committed to using the arts as a vehicle to entertain, enlighten and to build bridges of understanding that spans across the societal, economic and political divides that separates us. Though it is through the arts where mankind finds humanity, it is also through the generosity of its patrons that allows the arts to flourish in these trying times.
With your tax-deductible donation, we will endure this economic malaise not just for this season, but for many more seasons to come. No donation is considered to be too large or too small, rest assured that every donation given is valued. It is your money that you worked hard for, and we, in turn will put your gift hard to work to not only sustain but also to nurture our works in the community at large. It is said that we are known by the work that we do, let it be known that we at The John Beasley Theater will be known for the service that we provide to our community and you as a patron of the 'accessible' arts.
